Message dated May 17 was received, stating the Governor read the                                    
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                              
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                           
                                                                                                    
          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 Supporting the                                                    
          efforts of the Department of Transportation and                                           
          Public Facilities to improve transportation to and                                        
          from Juneau and supporting development of the East
